How do I keep myself fit and healthy ?

Here are my five little secrets to stay fit, healthy and in a good mood! I thought that it would be an interesting post, even if I am not a professional in this field, these advices may be really helpful. I hope you'll enjoy it lovelies :)

1. Vitamins - As soon as I get up in the morning, I drink a glass of fruits juice, that helps me to boost myself and stay positive the entire day (it is also excellent to maintain digestion). Most of the time I take vitamins C before leaving home when I don't have enough energy. They are chewy pastilles, I believe that they are more convenient, even to take away.

2. Sport - I do sports every single day, except some day when I allow myself a day off to have a rest (this is normally recommended). I am a member of a fitness & health club which offers lots of classes such as Pilates, zumba, yoga, body combat, etc. so cardio activities that helps to improve your body, to tone and build it. Sport is very important for physical reasons as well as mental reasons. So move, even if it's only one or two hours a week!

- The gym where I go everyday -

3. A healthy diet - I eat everything, I am only careful about the quantities. It is important to have a healthy diet, however we all allow ourselves some delicacies and it is not a big deal at all. It's absolutely normal. Therefore it is necessary to care about the quantities and you would rather choose organic foods and foods that are not transformed as much as possible, because the more it is organic, the better it is. Think about emphasizing fish, fruits, and vegetables in your daily diet.

4. Water - To drink water is the most important factor to stay strong, healthy and fit! I drink at least 1 or 1,5 L per day.

5. Rester positif - Oui, restez positif!
5. Stay positive! - Yes, be positive! Smile, be in a good mood as much as you can! It will be relevant to you as well as your circle and the people you live with. Being optimistic is good for health! It is proved!

    1. ^this person is right! For 5'2 you should be at LEAST 105 lbs to be healthy. 85 is the weight of a child, not a healthy adult!

    2. It depends of the metabolism and morphology of each person. This weight perfectly suits me, I am not too thin at all and I have some fat as everyone :) I am only really short and tiny, that's how I am. And as I said in my post, I eat everything and I mean it.
